I have been a customer of this restaurant for years now. Excellent coastal cuisine, good vibes and if course the great drinks. But since they have shifted to the new venue, the old charm of the place and the overall service and the vibe has kinda vanished. Parking: Street / Valet parking Floor : 3rd Floor. Blotto is the pub section on the left and Pulimunchi is the restaurant section on the right. Both serve liquor. Blotto has some moderate volume music and Pulimunchi is literally no music. Service: Extremely slow. It looked like they were understaffed for a Saturday night. The dishes were cold when served and we had to call the staff multiple times to ask for the food. Staff : 5/5 . All the staff i interacted were trying their best to cater to everyone. They were courteous and giving good suggestions For me personally, the overall quality has come down. But having said that, I still love their food and will come back here again. Hope to see them improve on the overall management. DO NOT VISIT! Terrible service by staff and manager. Staff Suresh is extremely insolent and incompetent. We order a mutton soup and the staff got us the wrong order. When we complained about the order, he said he will not change the order. Further, staff refused to give us service. Do not ever visit this restaurant!
