I’m really thankful to Navin - form the PNR team for the wonderful experience! I had placed my cake order at the last minute, yet everything was handled with complete professionalism. Right from confirming the design to the making of the cake and timely delivery at the venue, the entire process was smooth and transparent. Navin maintained perfect communication throughout — keeping me informed at every step. Even though I wasn’t at the venue during delivery, I received a call confirming to whom the cake was handed over. The cake looked exactly like the photo I had shared, and the delivery was prompt without any delays or follow-ups. The flavour was Honey Almond, made exactly as per the description I had given — less sugar, less cream, yet absolutely delicious and fresh. It was eggless but still as light as a feather!
