Disappointing experience at puffiza. Ordered the puff pizza but it was overcooked and lacked flavor and too much spicy. The service was slow, and the owner seemed uninterested and not listening order properly . Not worth the price. Worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend anyone. Food: 1

The taste was amazing. I've tried many things here but Puffiza never disappoints in case of taste. Atmosphere here is quite good you'll experience good music while you're enjoying your food. Staff here is quite good and cooperative. Overall I'd rate it 4.5. Already a fan of this chain as i have tested in Ahmedabad but will not recommend Puffizza Visnagar. Garlic bread was entirely burnt and toppings on pizza were sadly added. Surprisingly no response from the management yet about the feedback. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200
