Passing by Elliot Park, visit this bar. If you're Chinese and Italian cuisine lover, come here. You can always degust tasty paneer, chinese chicken and cheese balls - a special offer of Pub 13. Try good tiramisu, lemon dessert and strawberry kebabs. Taste delicious whiskey, liqueur or beer, it's a must when visiting this place. Come here and have great espresso.
This spot is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. This bar provides you with a great choice of dishes at reasonable prices. The lovely decor and cozy ambiance let guests feel relaxed here. But google users rated Pub 13 and it didn't achieve a high rating.

"Yesterday, we had a Bandhan Life Party at Kolkata PUB13, and I must share a very disappointing experience.Ambience: Just okay, but DJ lights were poorly managed. Even after informing staff, there was no synchronization.Food: Extremely low quality and shockingly poor quantity. Food was delayed by an hour, and even then, it was served in tiny portions. No manager was available, and every request needed constant follow-ups.Liquor: The allotted liquor brands were not served; instead, cheaper alternatives were poured into bottles. Without informing the host, liquor service was suddenly stopped, and no one took responsibility.Service: Being in the hotel industry for 18 years, I have never seen such terrible service. No coordination between staff and the kitchen. After the first round of starters, it took 1.5 hours for the next food service. Even with just 15 people at the party, the experience was frustrating—no food in the buffet when needed.This should be an eye-opener for anyone considering visiting PUB13 Kolkata. The staff's poor service and cheap mindset make it a place to avoid."

If you want some nice parent-like moral policing while dancing with your partner, this is the perfect place to go. They will guide you irritatingly well on what and what not to do for 2 consenting adults in a "public place". Won't blame the staff as they are just following orders of the manager. Pathetic experience, spoiled a nice mood for no reason.
