The quantity is more, but quality doesn't hit the taste buds. The egg fried rice we ordered didn't have scrambled eggs, instead boiled eggs were given. During my recent visit to Amritsar, I decided to explore the local culinary scene. My hotel receptionist suggested that I visit Pritam Dhaba, a popular eatery situated near the railway station. Being a foodie, I decided to check it out. As I entered Pritam Dhaba, the aroma of spices filled my senses. It was a large open-air restaurant that was filled with chatter and laughter. I took a seat at one of the wooden tables, and the friendly waiter handed me the menu. As I looked through the menu, I realized that the restaurant served primarily North Indian dishes. I decided to order a thali that comprised various dishes, including butter chicken, daal, paneer, and naan. The food at Pritam Dhaba was delicious, and hands down the best that I had tasted in Amritsar. It was like a burst of flavors in my mouth with every bite. The butter chicken was juicy, tender, and had the perfect blend of spices. The paneer was creamy, and the daal was thick and wholesome.
