Pristine was very good. Although my room was not serviced - particularly re fresh water. Breakfast choice was so-so, but service was friendly and very helpful. The front desk was excellent in sorting out a complicated taxi ride for me. Service: 5

The hotel was good and the morning buffet also was good enough (not so lavish) and tasted nice. The staff is friendly and the service was nice. The area is on a little outskirts so if you wish to go to the main areas, take local conveyance instead of your own car (if without a driver). Overall a good experience and recommend for your next trip. Service: 5

Had an amazing experience staying at Pristine hotel in Varanasi. Was there for a week for a work visit and the hotel team made it very comfortable and very accomodating to early morning / late night room service requests. Highly recommend. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
