The convenient location of this restaurant makes it easy to reach by any transport. From the visitors' point of view, the staff is pleasant here. The fast service shows a high level of quality at Alleppey Prince. But google users rated this place and it didn't earn a high rating.

The food was shit. Easily the worst food I have ever had in Alappuzha. The service somehow managed to be worse than the food. The staff were unpleasant, unwelcoming, and had no understanding of what they were serving or how to treat paying customers. To be honest, it felt like I was walking in and eating for free, as if my presence itself was an inconvenience. There was a constant sense that I was not welcome there at all. Their attitude felt more suited to a local bar where this kind of behavior might be tolerated, not a restaurant, and certainly not anything connected to a 5-star hotel. The lack of professionalism was embarrassing. To the management: if you want to get anything out of this restaurant, serious changes are needed. Remove the staff who do not understand food or customer service. People with this mindset should not be representing a high-end establishment.

Hotel is really good. Rooms are clean and perfectly maintained. Really one of the best hotel to consider in alleppey. Parking place, reception, Dining hall, swimming pool, rooms, washrooms ....all are perfectly maintained. Must and should considerable hotel to stay. Thanks for your service "Alleppey prince hotel".

Well-maintained rooms at affordable rates. The location is within the city, making it very convenient. However, breakfast is not a buffet—you can choose items worth 200 from the menu, which we didn’t like. The breakfast options are very limited, which was disappointing.
