I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We had pre-booked a sadya, but when it was served, the number of dishes was shockingly limited and many curries were missing. When we asked about it, the staff casually said, “the item is over.” Only when we got upset did they go inside and bring out some of the missing dishes, which made it clear that it wasn’t about availability but rather poor service. The overall service was extremely unprofessional — slow, inattentive, and almost indifferent to guests. Even if the place was crowded, that does not justify such negligence. On top of all this, the taste of the food was subpar and did not live up to even basic expectations of a good sadya. For something that was pre-booked, the experience was unacceptable. Definitely not worth recommending.

We asked for washroom and told it was an emergency but he couldn't control it and they kept om rejecting they forced us to use the restaurent and then go the washroom worst experience ever
