Service was very poor and slow. The staff served those first who has come later. Even after telling the service staff that the flight time is approaching, the staff did not care. Had to leave without eating. Terrible Service.

(6e-6705/ 6e 525) Yesterday and today, we had long hauls, so we opted to use the lounge at Saptagiri Restaurant. Unfortunately, the food quality was very poor. The food was served cold, and the chicken curry tasted the same as it did yesterday, raising concerns about whether it's being reused. I’m extremely disappointed—now I’m experiencing bad burps, and even the roti was undercooked. While the staff were polite, they were unable to assist effectively. Customers expect a good and freshly prepared meal for the price they pay. Kindly take steps to improve the quality and ensure meals are served hot. The Spice and Grill brand is the same as Corn Bar.
