in picture cake was of pink colour.....but it came different....also I ordered rose falooda flavour....it did not taste like that... apple pieces in the cake were not fresh...packing was not good...cake did not came properly

On January 28, I ordered a cake from Prime Cake and Pastry, but the shop owner sent the wrong item. I then filed a complaint on Zomato, after which I received a flat ₹443 off coupon. On February 22, I used the coupon, but after that, the shop owner of Prime Cake and Pastry misbehaved with me and refused to fulfill my order. Please take action on this matter; otherwise, I will file a complaint with the police.
