The first impression of any bakery should be its warmth, aroma, and a sense of welcome. Unfortunately, this establishment delivers quite the opposite. The premises are unhygienic at best—floors left unclean, the freezer in a deplorable state, and an overpowering, unpleasant odor that lingers in the air. Such conditions are not merely cosmetic flaws; they directly compromise food safety and guest experience. The staff, too, seem disengaged. The cashier appeared inattentive, which only deepened the sense of neglect. More concerning, the cakes themselves seemed to have absorbed the very staleness of the environment, their taste markedly diminished and unpleasant. Cleanliness and hygiene are not optional for a bakery—they are its foundation. Until these standards are restored, no amount of decoration or marketing can mask the deeper issue: food served in such conditions cannot inspire confidence, let alone delight.
