Pathetic service, shabby and unprofessional staff took 25 minutes to make a simple drink, and that too after multiple request to make it less sugar was made with extra sugar. Will not recommend at all. i was a big fan when it was in london. I don’t think they can handle in India. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you’re hoping for the same level of quality as the Prêt à Manger shops in the UK, don’t eat here. My humus falafel meze was mostly inedible, wilted lettuce hid underneath the toppings. The leaves were not even cut - so had to try and cut whole lettuce leaves in a paper bowl (the few that were fresh). Carrot cake was okay but overly sweet. I won’t be back. I expected better quality for a 450 INR salad. Not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
