Ordered the wrong sandwich by mistake, which I cannot have because of Migraine dietary restrictions. Mr Rohandeep changed the sandwich without any issue, that too with one that was more expensive than the previous one. Absolutely fantastic service. Highly recommended. Pret A Manger at DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj has become my little happy place. The vibe is calm, the staff is super friendly, and everything from food to drinks to service is always on point. A special shoutout to ROHANDEEP , the sweetest barista there! He’s always so kind, polite, and makes the yummiest drinks with so much care. Honestly, it’s rare to find someone who brings such positive energy every single time. I’ve got some forever favorites here Spicy Meatball Hot Wrap, Chocolate Croissant, and drinks like the Caramel & Cream Bliss Frappe, Belgium Chocolate and Vanilla Frappe. Total comfort food and mood-lifters! The service is always amazing whenever I visit, and it just makes the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place if you love good food, great coffee, and kind people.
