I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I booked a cake a week in advance and clearly explained every single detail, including that we wanted a square cake with full cream. I even gave a reminder call a day before. However, when we arrived to pick it up, the cake was completely different from what we requested — they made it round and did not follow any of the instructions we had provided. Instead of accepting their mistake, they tried to justify it, which was very unprofessional. Because our event was about to start, we had no choice but to take the cake, and it honestly affected our celebration. Very disappointing service and I would not recommend them based on this experience.
