We booked a table for two. We ordered two dishes one pasta and one pizza. For pasta, we both had an argument on if it's spicy, we asked the server. He smirked and said not too spicy. Not sure if I liked his smirk. So we settled for pizza only. Even one pizza quantity was enough for us two. They bake nice Italian style original pizzas. It may not have all the spices that we put in India but still it felt nice. They gave us some bread to taste as well. Not sure of the bread but their garlic butter was just best. I liked it alot. We also ordered virgin mojito. It was fine. One important thing is we did not had to wait for order. We ordered and within like next 10 mins we got it. Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Disappointed is an understatement.Had a 9:30 PM reservation at Prego, The Westin Gurgaon. Arrived on time, only to be told the place was "sold out" — despite being over 80% empty. Staff was disinterested and clearly in a rush to shut down early (despite official hours till midnight).We were practically forced to eat in fast-forward. Our pizza was taken away mid-meal to be packed — without consent — and no one asked if we wanted mains or more drinks.The so-called "manager" turned out to be the bartender, who offered a token 15% discount. This used to be one of the best Italian spots in Gurgaon — now it’s just a 5-star setup with 1-star service.Avoid if you value hospitality and a relaxed meal.
