Not only did he help us negotiate and personalize the experience, but he also made the entire planning process feel effortless. His sincerity, calmness, and warmth instantly put me at ease, and he remained deeply involved till the very end.Mr. Piyush, the restaurant manager, and his on-ground team were nothing short of phenomenal on the day of the celebration. Their service was truly world-class — flawless, seamless, and genuinely heartfelt. Every single staff member was on their toes throughout the event. Not once did I feel the need to ask for anything twice.
