Food is good but the service is bad. They delay the order like 20mins half and hour even the restaurant is free. The workers simply play and do not respond to the customers properly. They forgot intimating to the chef and when we ask then they were like its been preparing wait. The service is very bad. Day by Day the quality and taste of food is decreasing.Especially there is no hygiene maintained which atleast we expect when we are going to an outlet instead of a road side vendor. I did not like the way owner talks to customers and delivery partners. They should respect any individual. Food might be good but we as customers will see the behavior as well. Like owner, staff also has full attitude and they are not polite with customers. I suggest Taaza tiffins near preeti tiffins. I like their hospitality very much. Preeti tiffins lost one customer due to their attitude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
