The staff communication is terrible. No one knows what’s happening, no one is trained, and they don’t even bother to respond once they’ve taken the payment. I had to keep chasing them, and all I got was excuses and complete silence. Their customer service is just pathetic.
And coming to the food… worst quality ever. Tasteless, bland, and not even prepared properly. For the amount they charge, the food feels like it’s thrown together without any effort. Definitely not worth a single rupee, let alone the overpriced bill they force on you.
Honestly, this place is a terrible choice. I would strongly suggest everyone to stay away. If you don’t want to be overcharged, ignored, and served awful food, never order from here. Total waste of money, time, and patience.
