I visited Preetha Garden in Avadi on 25.06.2025 and was disappointed with the behavior of the staff at the bar inside the premises. The suppliers and customer care staff did not respond properly to customer requests and were not attentive at all. One staff was particularly unprofessional and showed a careless attitude. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in a customer-facing service, and I request you to take appropriate action to ensure better service in the future Service: 1

We regularly visit Preetha Garden , Avadi, but during our visit on 25.06.2025, the service at the bar was very disappointing. The staff were unresponsive and did not treat customers properly. Please look into this and take steps to improve the service. Service: 1

Dear Friends, Namasthae!!! Everyone definitely visit "Hotel preithaa Garden" It is like a fabulous place , and classical service.we need to say one suggestion to all of you. Prefer all the time to stay "Hotel Preithaa Garden" to observe a Evergreen soul touch fragrance In addition.we need to say simultaneously ,Thankyou for each and every minutes for all the staff members with whole heartedly , Wonderful service in accurate time for all the departments.
