the food arrived cold and it seemed as if it was prepared hours before and just heated in the oven for a minute or two and delivered. Also, had specifically instructed to make the chicken crispy and crunchy but it was neither of it. Very dissappointing it was ordering food from this place. The management should look into the kitchen and the cooking practices there as just expanding branches won't help you in the long run if the food quality is this poor.
