Trusted brand for many years established authentic recipes and traditional flavours in Mumbai and other locations. The longevity services being the credentials for it survival in this competitive field in the industry especially during festive and special occasions. Serving the Sweet Industry having 17 branches with over 1200 team members. Had often made use of the service especially from Nerul, almost busy but worth for its sweetness and service.

Poor service and arrogant bill desk staff at chat counter. You keep people waiting at Chinese items counter and give priority to Swiggy and zomato parcel service because they give more money. Today my bill was at 8.00pm and out of it Chinese items were delivered to me at 8.45pm. During that time many parcel orders were delivered. If you can't give reasonable service then don't serve Chinese items. One of your billing counter staff MAHESH is irresponsible and arrogant. He doesn't understand that when he speaks to any customer he speaks as prashant corner and not as an individual. He simply told that I have not issued you coupon so don't ask me. He didn't even bothered to check as to what is problem. even though he has come for brief time it was his responsibility to attend customer professionally. There is no proper responsible person in chat shop or main shop to whom customer can reach upto. If you have such arrangement about complaints handling you should display it at your shops properly as you are running multiple shops.You are simply taking people for granted in the name of quality it won't help in long run. After multiple experiences at your Chinese items counter i am posting it today.
