I ordered a masala dosa from Prashadam Sweets, but unfortunately, I found a hair in the food. I immediately contacted the restaurant, and they assured me that they would get back to me in few minutes However, I haven’t received any follow-up or resolution. This is really disappointing, both in terms of food hygiene and customer service. I expected better from a place I used to trust. Would appreciate if the restaurant takes such matters seriously in the future.
