Dear Prakriti Multicuisine Team,
I recently celebrated my birthday Dec 27 2023 at your restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts. While there were some good things, there were also a few areas where things could be better.
**What I Liked:**
1. The staff was nice, always smiling, and ready to help.
2. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was good.
3. The snacks and starters were delicious, big thanks to the chef for that.
**Suggestions for Improvement:**
1. **Service Needs Work:**
- The tables had water bottles on them, and it would be better to have clean glasses.
- During my birthday celebration, using existing plates for the cake was a bit odd. Also, we had to ask for spoons after the food was served, which was a bit inconvenient.
- The trolley used for clearing plates felt strange and disrupted the meal.
2. **Customer-Friendly Approach:**
- It would be great if the restaurant could be more flexible with returning unopened items, especially when the seal is intact.
3. **Food Quality:**
- While starters were great, the naans and rice weren't up to the mark. The butter naan, in particular, could use more butter.
4. **Reservation Timing:**
- Despite making a reservation, there were some delays, and it felt like the restaurant wasn't fully prepared for the evening.
