Overall. The place and hotel is beautiful overlooking the beach but there not much activity to do. The food and breakfast options are very poor. The ACs don't work properly. There is no lift in the hotel. Staff is hesitant to provide adequate bathing towels, tissues, hangers and ironing board. Service: 2

Firstly it’s definitely a 4 star hotel!We had a traditional goan room with large terrace overlooking the gardens pool and out to the private beach which we enjoyed especially at sunset. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant offered a varied breakfast with north and South Indian options including western style food. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly We highly recommend a stay at Prainha short distance from Panjim at the foot steps of Dona Paula. Service: 4

The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to offer comfort with a touch of luxury. Waking up to the sound of waves and a view of the sea was truly magical. The staff deserves special mention for their hospitality. They were attentive, courteous, and ensured that every detail was flawlessly executed. The resort also offers excellent amenities for guests, including a serene infinity pool overlooking the sea and easy access to the beach. The tranquil ambiance made it a relaxing retreat. Service: 5
