there was a very big issue we seen when we booked via this app the portion of food are very lower than other customers please check this ...inhabe personally feel that same order from my near by table got big quantity where I got very lesser quantity in food ...why this happened??? bcz of this app through booking only?????? it's totally wastage of my money

Stayed at Lords Inn Rajkot and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The reception looks nice and creates a good first impression, but the rooms tell a completely different story. It’s a scam! The room smelled terrible on arrival even after staff sprayed air freshener. It was clearly not cleaned — dirt and leaves on the floor, leftover coffee granules, dirty bedsheets, and even a dead fly inside the bed. The bathroom was unhygienic and towels were stained. Mosquitoes were everywhere — not just in the room but also in reception — and staff said they couldn’t even provide a mosquito plug-in. I informed reception at 3pm about my severe dust allergy and requested proper cleaning, but nothing was done until we complained again at 10pm. Thanks to Jubair from housekeeping who finally helped. Not worth the money at all. Poor hygiene, poor service, and I will never stay here again. Worst hotel in rajkot Service: 1
