It’s honestly a shame that a so-called big brand like Prabhuji Pure Food has no basic principles when it comes to serving customers. They are happily charging the full amount but delivering half the food, and that too in such low quantity that it can’t even satisfy a child’s appetite. Today I ordered two meals through Swiggy – their so-called “Ghar ki Thali” and Fried Rice with Manchurian. While the app showed a delivery time of 20 minutes, it actually took 45 minutes to an hour. Still, I waited, thinking at least the food would be worth it, but that was the biggest disappointment. When I opened my order, the Manchurian was missing entirely, and the rice quantity was laughably small. As for the “Ghar ki Thali,” the sabji was stinking so badly it was inedible, and the rice was sent in the kind of small jar restaurants usually send gulab jamun in. On top of that, when I tried to reach out to the restaurant, I realized there was no proper way to even contact them – clearly showing they don’t care about customers at all. This isn’t the first time either; it’s the third time I’ve faced such pathetic service from them. And to make things worse, Swiggy itself is no better. This so-called “food delivery app” doesn’t even have proper customer support. When I tried to complain, the app simply showed that resolving the issue will take 7–8 working days – seriously? An app that happily charges ₹40–₹50 extra on every order in the name of GST and other charges can’t even provide real-time support for genuine customer issues. Both the restaurant and Swiggy are equally responsible for ruining customer experience, and honestly, they’re just fooling people in the name of food delivery.
