In comparison with Pramod laddu bhandar and restaurant taste, quality, presentation, & look of dish is not good. For example I had chola bhature and pav bhaji. Pav bhaji is below average.. bhaji tastes like mashed carrot halwa in savoury form. Chola bhature taste was average. I recently visited Haldiram Prabhuji in Gaya and had a mixed experience. The corn sandwich was absolutely delicious—crispy, well-seasoned, and filled with flavorful corn stuffing. The masala dosa was also quite tasty, with a nice crunch and a well-balanced potato filling, complemented by flavorful chutneys and sambar. However, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed unorganized, and the waiting time was longer than expected. Despite the place not being overly crowded, getting attention from the staff was difficult, and they seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Overall, the food was great, but the poor service took away from the experience. If the management improves the service quality, this could be a much better dining destination.
