My recent visit to Prabhu Prashad Restaurant and Dining hall, Navsari was an absolute nightmare. The service was deplorable, with disinterested staff/owner who couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Our orders were botched, and the food arrived cold and flavorless. Basic requests for condiments were met with annoyance and indifference. To top it off, the owner's rude behavior towards both staff and customers was unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness only added to the overall disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs.
