The Prabha vishranti gruha is a very popular place in pune city. The batata vada and sabudana vada here are famous. It’s walking distance from deccan gymkhana metro station. While walking across the gadgil bridge you will see the very bad and polluted condition of the mula mutha river in pune. Prabha vishranti gruha is always crowded. I had to wait for 40 mins to get a seat and that too with other people. There are very few tables here. Since the demand is high the service is impacted. You have to wait to get the order. Interestingly they don’t serve any chutneys or condiments with the potato vada or the sabudana vadas. The vada sample is bland. The vada doesn’t have much masala but is good to taste. This is a unique place serving sabudana vada without any potatoes. They are the highlight of this place. Overall its worth trying once. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
