Horrible. everytime I order from pots and pans, my order gets delayed by atleast an hour. I never get my order on time. This has happened a lot of times. it's very very disappointing. They never take accountability of their actions and everytime I think of ordering from them, I take a step or two back cause I know it's gonna be delayed a lot. very horrible.
