Hopeless customer service as always. The food is usually delivered late and on top of that for the delivery mess created by Potful the delivery executive comes and asks for additional money from the customer. Did not know the customer service at Potful is this bad. Better to stay away from this place. Not that it is happening for the first time. I keep repeating the mistakes by ordering from here and Potful does not disappoint by doing the same thing over and over Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Jackfruit briyani was excellent. Downside is you have to pay extra for sides like raita and onions Service: Takeaway Food: 5
