DON'T ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT ON ONLINE PLATFORMS. Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered veg biryani and was shocked to receive meat not once, but twice. The first time, I chose to overlook it as a human error and gave them another chance. But today, the same mistake happened again. I even shared clear photos and videos as proof, but instead of taking responsibility, the restaurant staff argued with me—insisting it wasn’t meat. It’s insulting to assume customers can’t tell the difference between vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Everyone makes mistakes, but what matters is how you handle them. Ordered Claypot Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani from the Chandanagar branch. Taste was average—around 3/5. The chicken pieces weren’t soft and seemed undercooked, which was disappointing. Packaging was excellent—very neat and secure. Raita was provided and went well with the meal. Overall, a decent experience, but the biryani needs improvement in terms of flavor and chicken quality. I have ordered Chicken biryani from Swiggy. Food was delivered in beautiful wrap. Since the food preserve in clay pot, it's hot and all aromas were properly blended with biryani. Biryani is delicious. It's a heven. Rice is smooth like cotton and 4-5 small-medium cut chicken pieces were served along with biryani. It's properly dum style biryani and pieces were filled with all aromatic spices. Aroma and taste are right level. Neither settle nor spicy side. Right on point. There isn't much oily. Just enough to keep biryani required taste. It's feels like eating some healthy fresh biryani. Thank you Chef Sanjay for this fresh aromatic chicken biryani. (Spoon drops) I am so delighted.
