I had ordered claypot Hyderabadi chicken biryani Combo (2 people) @500 rs, but the biryani quantity I received was for one person.

I am still wondering What is the primary business of this restaurant, is it selling biryani or the clay pot?

Very disappointed about the quantity and the taste as well. I will never recommend anyone to buy from potful.

I wanted to give a -ve rating for the food and service by the restaurant.

Suggestion: Change your restaurant name to POTHALF.

Potful surely makes your tummy full. The Lucknowi biryani was pretty close to its authenticity. The pot dhum did make it more flavorful and the meat was cooked to perfection.

In this pandemic I was craving for briyani for a long time, today I finally decided to order. I thought to give a try for potful briyani looking at the reviews, and ordered the claypot Calcutta chicken briyani. I must say Iam really impressed with the first look - guess what! It was packed in a sealed claypot and seemed like they Cooked dum style briyani in this claypot itself. It was really hot when I received the delivery, so for packaging I would give 10/10. Now comes to the main point, the quantity was well sufficient for one person or even two person. It totally depen on your appetite. The briyani contains four tender medium sized chicken pieces with one boiled egg and two piece of potato . Taste wise i would say it was nice but not wow, look wise it looks like Kolkata style briyani but taste was not up to the mark but if your in Bangalore then please give it a try for this, you will definitely like it . So for it's quality and quantity I will give 8/10.
All lovers of bengali biryani out there, if your are bored with any other briyani style then please go ahead and order Calcutta style briyani from here.
And thanks to Zomato and it's riders for risking their life to serve the nation.
