Pot Pot Restaurant was a massive disappointment. We found a strand of hair in one of the dishes, which was unacceptable and downright unhygienic. The management initially refused to accept their mistake and only acted after repeated complaints. For a restaurant with such hype and premium pricing, this level of negligence and poor service is inexcusable. Hygiene and accountability should be non-negotiable in the food industry, and Pot Pot Restaurant failed miserably on both fronts.
