The food tasted good, but just look at the service plate hygiene in the attached photo. Additionally, if not serviced area, waiters treat you as your begging. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Dear Pot Biryani Team, Today, we visited your Nagawara outlet for dinner, like we usually do. I’ve visited your restaurant many times before and truly love your biryani. However, today was disappointing. I was with a friend and ordered a parota, but to my surprise, I received a chapati instead. When I spoke to the manager, he tried convincing me that it was indeed a parota, claiming that the only difference is the shape — chapati is round and parota is square — and that otherwise, it’s the same. I have a few questions for you: 1. Are you seriously charging Rs. 10 extra just to change a round chapati into a square and call it parota? Thanks for your service. I will near visit pot biriyani again.. Your frustrated customer
