We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. From the initial phone call to our arrival, the staff were exceptionally responsive and courteous. We are very disappointed with our experience at Poppy Vista. Despite booking three rooms with a confirmation number, we were informed upon arrival at 11:30 PM that the rooms had been sold to others. This decision was made without consulting us or confirming our plans. Such a lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable. We expected better service and reliability from a reputable hotel

Dear Mr Krishnan, At the onset my apologies for our inability to offer all three rooms in the category booked . We had a medical emergency and a Guest extended his stay and hence we had to offer rooms ontime.
