Yesterday's food was served even after confirming before ordering that it had to be prepared fresh. Today, by 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, the employee at the counter had a very cold demeanor. Even after touching the food, I asked him if it was prepared fresh, and he lied. It was served within 5 minutes of the order, when the order requires 20 minutes to prepare. I could see that none of the employees were in the open kitchen. Food inspectors and the corporation should run a random check and close or fire these employees. Food was bad and I had stomach issues soon after consuming. Safety first! Do not eat food here. It's stale and reused. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hai, I am honestly very upset and disappointed with today’s order. I ordered the Garlic Burst Veg Roll + French Fries Combo for Rs. 400 on Zomato, and the moment I opened the pack, I felt completely shocked and frustrated. The French fries were fully burnt, pitch black in many places, dripping with oil, and even had burnt waste pieces mixed in. I really couldn’t believe that someone would pack fries in this condition and still send them to a customer. The Garlic Burst Veg Roll was another disappointment — it wasn’t even close to what was promised. It was literally just a chapati with a patty, some vegetables, and a tiny bit of mayonnaise. It was so dry and tasteless that it felt like eating plain chapati and vegetables. There was nothing “Garlic Burst” about it. I felt like I had been cheated. My whole mood went off seeing the food. I immediately called the restaurant, explained everything nicely, and the person asked me to share photos. I sent the photos right away, expecting at least some responsibility or apology. But after that, no one even bothered to call back. When I called again, the person calmly said that the food was prepared “as per company standards.” I really couldn’t take that answer. Which standard allows burnt fries? Which standard says a roll should be dry and incomplete? Still, the shift manager simply refused to accept any mistake. He kept repeating “as per standard,” like a robot, without any concern for what I was actually saying. It felt like they didn’t even care about the customer’s experience. I became very angry because instead of understanding my frustration, he was arguing back. I even asked him, “If I come there and show this food to you directly, will you accept the issue?” And he replied casually, “Sometimes 1–2 people get like this. We can’t take return or refund. Do whatever you want.” That reply hurt me the most. So much disrespect, zero responsibility. I paid Rs. 400, not for burnt waste and dry chapati. I travel from Dubai to Mysore for my yoga classes, and food is something that usually makes me feel good here. But today, this was honestly the worst food experience of the entire month. I still don’t understand why some restaurants refuse to accept their mistake. It’s always about money for them — never about customer satisfaction, health, or basic food quality.
