Rude manager and the staff behaviour was not good. They asked me to place the order in their faulty kiosk and did not even give me the Bill. When asked they said I should place another payment and they will give me a bill. When I said this is not the right way to behave I will share feedback. The manager was like ‘Go Ahead’ rudely and didn’t even give bill Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Sandwich, Chicken Popcorn Meal

One of the worst service from this restaurant, I placed an order on Zomato and they never delivered food. The contact numbers on Zomato were incorrect and they were very rude while talking. Kept me fooling for an hour and then updated the app as food delivered. Such a inappropriate behaviour from these guys. Will never order from these guys @Zomato please list these guys as fraud. During my recent visit to Popeyes - Famous Louisiana Chicken located at Unit No. 01 – K2F on the Second Floor of Galleria Mall, Bellary Rd, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064, I encountered a troubling experience. The establishment seemed to engage in deceptive practices by overcharging customers, regardless of the chosen option or combo. This suspicion arose when interacting with a member of the billing team who appeared to be of Tamil descent and struggled to comprehend our specific requests. Unfortunately, the service at Popeyes was disappointingly slow, especially during my order of a single veg wrap roll, which took well over 30 minutes to be served. The prolonged waiting time undoubtedly dampened the dining experience. In terms of the food quality, the taste was middling at best. While it wasn't particularly impressive, it also failed to meet expectations of flavor and freshness. This underwhelming culinary experience has left me with little desire to return to Popeyes in the future. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
