The worst customer service I have faced in a very long time! Mr. Shavan C.S was the person taking down the order and he was insolent, arrogant and downright rude! Although I was standing in line, he switched to another counter when it was my turn and started serving people who were standing behind me or had just joined the line. When I called him out on his behaviour, he was so unapologetically brazen and continued taking their orders without an apology. The other staff members were mere mute spectators. We have never faced this kind of disrespect and my family and I walked out without placing an order. Even if this is the last restaurant in Bangalore, I will never give them any business! Absolutely shocking attitude!
