We, a family of 6 went to Pop Tate's on 28 December 2024 at 3:45 pm. The restaurant was practically empty with no reservations it being a Saturday. Three of us reached earlier and sat at a table for 6 as the other 3 were reaching in a few minutes. The floor manager who refused to give his name very rudely asked us to vacate the table and take a table for 3. When we told him the other 3 are parking their car, he continued to be rude to the point of being obnoxious. When all six of us were there , we requested for a bigger table as the table for 6 is very very cramped. As seemes to be his nature he was very rude and we left the restaurant. Can't be paying for food and putting up with this obnoxious man. If I owned the place, I would have fired him then and there. He refused to give his name and said write whatever you want to in the reviews. Horrible experience for our family who had gone out to have a great food and fun evening. We went to Woodside Inn. Great hospitality, great food. No one should go to Pop Tate's Malad as long as that manager works there.
