My experience at Pop tates in phoenix Mills was terrible! The person taking our order didn't know their own menu properly. There were three of us and we each ordered a dish. Two people's dishes came and the third persons dish came when the other two were literally done eating. When asked why is it taking so long since it's just kebabs, the waiters were very rude and said it takes this long and they can't help it. This could have been informed while ordering that the kebabs would take more than 45 minutes. When people come out together for dinner, they definitely want to be eating together.
