You are offered to eat tasty vada, bhaji pav and vada pav. Great fresh juices are served at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of Poona Guest House. A lot of guests highlight that the staff is energetic at this place. The nice service displays a high level of quality at this place. You will appreciate adequate prices. But this spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Worst service telling 1hr to prepare order for Masale Bhat and puri bhaji. This is like they take orders and bring food from outside the mall. Request if you can’t give service on time please shuts down your outlet. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

I ordered Misal Pav and was shocked to find that it was served cold—even the salan was cold. Misal is meant to be served hot, so this was very disappointing. The staff didn’t even apologize for the issue. I didn’t ask for a refund or a replacement because I lost trust in the food quality. I returned the untouched plate and left. Unfortunately, I don’t find this food joint reliable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Personally I'll ask to avoid. We ordered a thaalipeeth and the butter given with it was literally stinking. Was a total turn off. Regardless read the general review below, probably my experience might be for that day and also their bad luck. But gut feeling, they won't sustain in the place. A franchise of the famous Poona Guest House from Budhwar Peth, Pune which was unique at a time but not anymore. The haunt was earlier favorite of Puneites. The franchise though being in a mall might become hit as the crowd which doesn't know the original taste will still find it unique and good.
