We've always enjoyed Poolside Cafe's food and make it a point to visit whenever in town. Visited after a year and found the service very poor. We had called in advance and reserved a table only to be told it wasn't available owing to a wedding (This is the second time this is happening). Instead of diving into helping the customer the staff were more concerned with who took our reservation and went off to investigate that. We were finally given a table inside. Staff appeared quite new and were unaware of many items on the menu. They also appeared understaffed and we had to remind them twice before our orders arrived.
