experience bilkul disappointing raha. Service kaafi slow thi aur staff attentive nahi tha. Order lene mein hi bahut time lag gaya. Food expected quality ka bilkul nahi tha. Taste bland tha aur presentation bhi poor thi. Coffee thandi serve ki gayi. Prices bahut zyada hain quality ke comparison mein. Portion size bhi kaafi chhota laga. Cleanliness par proper dhyaan nahi diya gaya. Table aur surroundings saaf nahi the. Staff ka behaviour professional nahi laga. Complaint batane par response casual tha. Management ko customer feedback se koi farq nahi padta. Ambience online photos jaisa bilkul nahi laga. Music unnecessary loud tha. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I find it very cost friendly snooker tables with good ambience. The one thing i like about the pool side cafe is that it is mostly open nights as well which is hardly seen in any snooker cafes.
