Since your refund request was rejected you posted such a negative review hereWhile asking for refund you mentioned "cold coffee spilled over" but in review section you are writing about "food quality". Both are contradictoryThe cold coffee was properly wrapped with cling wrap. The same is clearly visible in the video provided you. We also asked the Rider to handle the cold coffee with care. Now we don't know whether rrider mishandled it or it happened while unwrapping by customer.
