Extremely Disappointed with Service and Food Mismatch I ordered Prawn 65 from Ponnusamy Hotel (Avadi N M Road branch) via Swiggy, but to my surprise, I received Prawn Thokku instead. When I raised the issue, the Swiggy delivery agent promptly contacted the restaurant — however, their response was completely unprofessional. The staff not only failed to acknowledge the mistake but also hung up the call without offering any resolution. This kind of behavior is completely unexpected from a restaurant that claims to be reputable. Accurate order fulfillment and basic courtesy are the least one can expect, especially when customers are paying a premium. Disappointed and definitely reconsidering future orders. I give one star for service because, I ordered briyani and he said briyani is on the way you will get it in 5 min .. in mean time we got an idea of changing our food to meals I asked service person to change it to meals he said we punched your order it cont be changed as if it is a government application submitted once cont be changed.. briyani to meals is a easy change nothing is made specifically for me alone.. Briyani is also not up to mark.. mutton kola is good as expected.. we are there to taste some thing which we like so please make sure it can be changed as requested if it is not made customer specific .. Any how your going to copy past the apologizes message below and do the same... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

This is the Worst Dinning restaurant in the Avadi. Providing the Spoiled Food for Customers. i checked for Enquire about this. they are Compacting with other food. But initially i paid for the Spoiled Food. By eating the spoiled Food my Wife and my Daughter got food Piosion, The the Person from Ponnusamy Hotel Elite, Avadi is asking for the Photo of the Food. Such a Worst Behavior and the Worst food in Avaid.. For Other Foodies or Customers Please Don't Try in this Hotel Ponnusamy Hotel Elite, Avadi.. its waste of your precocious time and Food, your Mood will get spoil by eating the Spoiled food. please try with other hotels in Avadi, Even a PaniPoori shop is more hygienic then this Ponnusamy Hotel Elite, Avadi Vegetarian options: Worst Worst Worst Parking: Worst Kid-friendliness: Worst behavior from Ponnusamy Hotel Elite, Avadi Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400
