Taste wise pizza is good but it was cold by the time I received it. I believe, when you are charging a premium, efforts should be made to ensure delivery orders are received at an optimum temperature.

Pompeii Pizza Studio (Jubilee Hills, Road No. 51) serves undeniably delicious food, far superior to its Madhapur branch. The Funghi Truffle Pizza and Veg Lasagne I ordered were fantastic, and for a moment, I thought I’d found a gem. However, the experience was utterly ruined by a severe and unacceptable hygiene issue. During my visit, I witnessed six rats in the premises. The staff’s response? A casual shrug, blaming the problem on their open seating area. Even worse, the tiny kitchen had utensils stored on lower shelves, completely accessible to the rodents. It was horrifying to see rats not only scurrying around but also sitting on seats in the outdoor area. While the staff mentioned using rat pads, it’s painfully clear that such measures are grossly inadequate—especially since the kitchen has doors opening from two sides, offering free access to pests. This is beyond disappointing for a place that prides itself on offering premium food. Great food paired with such poor hygiene standards left me feeling disgusted and regretful after dining. Pompeii Pizza Studio urgently needs to address this critical issue. Until then, I cannot recommend this place. Food might be good, but cleanliness and basic hygiene are non-negotiable. What a shame! I sincerely hope management takes immediate action.
