During our recent visit to Polysky Outlet, the service we received was extremely disappointing. The waitstaff, Anubhav and Mahesh, appeared to lack proper training and displayed a lack of professionalism. They were unaware of basic fine dining etiquette, which became evident when I requested a tasting of a Chenin Blanc white wine. The waiter presented the wine in a shot glass and insisted I taste it without placing a proper wine glass on the table. Additionally, when we ordered the wine, it took nearly 30 minutes to be served. We also ordered peri peri fries, only to receive them cold and without the expected peri peri seasoning. Furthermore, it was difficult to find any servers, as the restaurant appeared understaffed. While the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, the service was subpar and failed to meet expectations. I would not recommend dining here, as the overall experience did not reflect a commitment to customer satisfaction.
