Went at the Polsons opposite to KSRTC Pala to have a coffee. Took approximately half an hour to serve it. When served, it was in an unwashed dirty cup. I did not have another half an hour to waste by waiting for them to serve in a washed cup, I cancelled the order and left. Value the time of your customers and respect the money they pay you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I placed an order in restaurant today. Even after many requests they haven't responded.they only attend ladies or group with ladies. I complained it in the counter, they are not even ready to say a sorry.. Ehy we have to take these chemicals. I gone there to take a fresh lime or coffe after a long journey. It was in their bakery opposite to Pala KDRTC
