Tasty food is a recipe for success of Anns Bakery & Confectionery, its fruit toasts are good. The accommodating staff welcomes guests all year round. The nice service is a big advantage of this place. The cool atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. But this spot hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

Ann's Baker's popular reputation is completely undermined by shockingly rude customer service. Our bad experience started immediately: despite the store not being busy, the assigned employee ignored us. When we finally got another staff member's attention, he gave a defensive, unprofessional excuse for his failure to take our order. The situation escalated when, as a couple, we were told in a sharp and deeply unwelcome tone that we couldn't move a chair for a minor adjustment. This interaction felt intrusive and like inappropriate "moral policing," not hospitality. Due to this cumulative neglect and rudeness, we immediately left. Management must urgently address their staff's judgmental and unprofessional demeanor, as it ruins the entire customer experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
