The food is awesome and the service is also very fast and good but there is a shortage of electricity and no any other way. The worst was the the handwash, there was not any basin for hand wash if wanted to do so go to the bathroom. No recomend to dine in but for take away. Not satisfied with the food and the service over all. Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

"Disappointed with the Experience" I visited Polo Restaurant, Kota, with my family, hoping for a good Indian main course experience, but it was highly disappointing. The food was below average, and even basic dishes like Paneer Lababdar lacked flavor and quality. To make matters worse, there was only one waiter available, resulting in slow service. Honestly, local dhabas offer a much better dining experience. Definitely not worth the visit. Not satisfied at all! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
