Food is not to give star it is below star . We stay here in hotel in room no AC remote , tv was faulty not get start after staff lot of efforts. In breakfast was all were cockroach in poha , sandwich gets lot of live Cockroach. If you are vegetarian than 100% avoid stay and restaurant. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The place is very unhigenic. While we went for the lunch, Rats are roaming around in the restaurant and after complaining the same to the staff present there, no corrective steps was taken. Think of how bad you would be feeling while you are taking lunch and big rats are roaming around. Further i ordered handi paneer and it taste sour or BAASSI. Also the bread served are not fresh. There was so much filth on the floor of the restaurant that it seems the cleaning of the floor had not taken place for 7 days. There was literally dust on the tables too. I strongly not recommend anyone to have food in the polo restaurant. Such a bad experience. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
