Dear Team, As me and my family had visited Polarbear Saraswathipuram yesterday night. And we noticed one of your manager was rude to most of the customers. And was rude to me and my kids and family which has not only made our family outing a bad experience but also hurt our feelings. Even after they making mistakes in our orders . We understand Mistakes happen but when we go to ask for correction he was being very rude to my son and my family. This cannot be acceptable as a customer. Thank you
